Robert is the Director of Economic Development at the California Employment Training Panel. Robert leads a statewide team responsible for the development and implementation of the Employment Training Panel’s statewide interagency and business engagement strategies. Robert has worked for ETP in total for over 25 years, focused on ETP’s position at the leading edge of economic and workforce development in California. He is passionate about the Panel’s support for innovation in workforce development in advanced manufacturing and emerging technologies, support for small-to-medium businesses and connecting California’s innovation economy to traditionally underserved workforce populations in economically disadvantaged regions of the state.
