Peter Irvine is the Deputy Director of the Office of Aviation Analysis and Executive Lead for Aviation Policy at the U.S. Department of Transportation, with over 22 years of experience in commercial aviation and economic policy. His office handles international, economic, competition, and aviation policy matter ranging from Essential Air Service to congestion management at airports. He also serves as an Adjunct Professor of Law at the Georgetown University Law Center and was the Staff Lead for the Advanced Air Mobility Interagency Working Group that produced the US National AAM Strategy.
