She currently leads government relations and policy initiatives at Archer Aviation, working with all levels of government to foster innovation and influence the next generation of flight.

With over 15 years of experience in aviation policy and strategy, Melissa has held leadership roles at Overair and the Aircraft Owners and Pilots Association (AOPA). Her deep understanding of regulatory frameworks, combined with her ability to align government policies with business objectives, has made her a key contributor to the industry’s advancement.

Melissa is a graduate of Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University and has been a licensed pilot since the age of 17. She is committed to driving aviation innovation, building strong industry partnerships, and developing policy solutions that support sustainable growth.
