Anwar Elgonemy

Anwar Elgonemy is a seasoned leader in commercial real estate and hospitality, with 25 years of experience shaping the built environment. As the Hotel & Special Projects Director at San Francisco International Airport (SFO), he plays a pivotal role in overseeing the Airport’s Advanced Air Mobility (AAM) program management, the Grand Hyatt at SFO, and Parking Management.

Before joining SFO, Anwar held leadership positions at JLL, Marriott International, Equinox Hospitality, and PKF Consulting, where he specialized in asset management, valuation, and strategic development. His expertise spans aviation, hospitality, and urban infrastructure, driving innovation at the intersection of real estate and mobility.
Anwar is an alumnus of Johns Hopkins University and the Harvard University Graduate School of Design.
