Hosted by Hartnell College and DART, the Technology in the Workforce Summit is a one-day regional convening bringing together employers, educators, workforce development professionals, government, and community partners to explore the future of technology-enabled careers in Monterey County.
Focused on the agriculture, healthcare, and Advanced Air Mobility (AAM) sectors, the Summit will examine the technical skills, credentials, apprenticeships, and post-secondary pathways needed to prepare new workers and upskill incumbent employees for emerging technologies.
Through keynote speakers, panel discussions, breakout sessions, and networking, participants will explore workforce needs, share insights, and strengthen partnerships that connect education and training with industry demand.
