With operational expertise in Part 135 and Part 145 fleet and maintenance operations, David brings a practical understanding of aviation regulations and their real-world applications. He holds FAA certifications as a Private Pilot and in Airframe & Powerplant, further strengthening his technical and regulatory insight.

David earned a Bachelor of Science in Aviation Technical Management from Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University. With a proven track record of regulatory leadership and industry collaboration, he is dedicated to supporting the safe integration of advanced air mobility into the national airspace system.
