Matt has over a decade of experience at the California Air Resources Board (CARB) working on incentives for clean heavy-duty technology, including the State’s Long-Term Heavy-Duty Investment Strategy, SHIFT demonstration and pilot projects, Clean Truck & Bus Vouchers (HVIP), and the Volkswagen Mitigation Trust. As a lifelong aviation enthusiast, Matt is thrilled to finally integrate his passion for sustainability and his obsession with all things that fly.
