Ryan Pleskach

Ryan Pleskach is Co-Founder and Chief Operating Officer of ResilienX, a leader in designing and integrating beyond visual line of sight drone ecosystems. He works with communities, states, and federal partners to bring together the technology, safety framework, and operational structure required to move drone programs from concept to fully operational environments.

In 2025, ResilienX was selected for two flagship efforts to architect and deploy regional BVLOS ecosystems in Tulsa, Oklahoma and Battle Creek, Michigan, reinforcing the company’s leadership in standing up scalable, real-world drone ecosystems.

ResilienX has supported initiatives with NASA, the FAA, the U.S. Air Force, the U.S. Navy, and state departments of transportation to operationalize safe, sustainable BVLOS environments. Ryan is focused on helping regions design the right system from day one, aligning safety, infrastructure, and stakeholders into a cohesive operational model.
