Stephanie began her journey with DART coordinating the 2025 LIFT Summit as an independent contractor, and officially joined the team as Engagement Manager in July 2025.

In this role, she leads event coordination for all DART events including the LIFT Summit, drives marketing strategy, and develops and manages the organization’s partnership programs. She collaborates with internal teams and external partners to plan and execute events, enhance engagement initiatives, and create meaningful experiences for participants, stakeholders, and everyone involved.

A born-and-raised local of the Monterey Peninsula, Stephanie brings more than 20 years of experience in the Events, Hospitality, and Tourism industries. Her expertise spans event and conference management, corporate meetings, group sales, catering, tradeshow logistics, marketing, and guest relations. She has worked with clients across corporate, nonprofit, educational, association, and government sectors, as well as weddings and social events.

Stephanie holds a degree in Hospitality Management and globally recognized credentials, including the Certified Meeting Planner (CMP) designation from the Events Industry Council and IATA Travel Agent accreditation from the International Air Transport Association. She is also the Founder and Chief Events Organizer of HERO Event Services, continuing to support organizations with strategic event planning and execution.

Outside of work, Stephanie enjoys spending time with her partner, two kids, and their two cats and two dogs – keeping life energetic, fun, and a little adventurous.
